We are in China working hard to manufacture new Go Flow, then will ship all back orders and answer all support tickets.

Is there any idea how long it will take? I understand you guys are busy trying to figure all this out, but I'd like to purchase your device asap.

I ordered my device on 03/08/2016 and as of today 04/07/2016 it has yet to arrive. I also e-mailed customer service but didn't receive a reply. I even tried messaging the foc.us facebook account but haven't heard anything back. Has anyone had a similar problem?

I've been waiting 5 weeks since I placed my order with no response to any emails. I was counting on the promised 2-3 week shipment time, is there any way to get my order? If I would have known this is how you treat customers I would have ordered from another manufacturer. Any help in getting me my go flow asap would be greatly appreciated.
